Happy Halloween creatures of the night! Wishing you a safe and crazy night of trick-or-treating. We at the Long Beach Haunted House will definitely miss scaring the stuff out of you, and have been missing it this whole season, but just know that we're missing you guys as much as you're missing us. Have fun!

We are closed this year, 2015. We might be open next year.

To the loyal fans of the Long Beach Haunted House on Myrtle, we regret to inform you that for the first time in ten years, we will not be opening our doors this year. Our sincerest apologies go out to everyone. The city of Long Beach has continually harassed us year after year, and we've grown tired of fighting with them. They used to leave us alone, but now they threaten us with huge fines and lie to us about codes we are breaking that don't even exist. It's ridiculous to th...e point of being insulting, and our crew has grown tired of the fight. Our doors will remain closed this year, and we our unsure of the future of the haunted house. We would have to see a major change in the attitude of the city toward us. LBHH falls in District 7, this is the office that has continually lied to us the last several years. We certainly have already missed setting up, and will definitely miss terrorizing our victims this Halloween. We hope you'll be able to seek out fear someplace else this year, and as always... Merry Christmas to all our fans from all the folks at the Long Beach Haunted House!

Thank you again to our loyal fans and supportive victims who came through our haunted house this year and donated over $1600 to For The Troops, a Simi Valley-based fully non-profit (no salaries) organization that collects, packs, and sends care packages to our deployed men and women fighting for freedom. The Long Beach Haunted House proudly supports the United States Military and salutes our military servicemen and women.

Is this a thing? We think this is a thing.

This being Veteran's Day, we can't think of a better day to make this excellent announcement. This year, we had over 3000 people show up to the Long Beach Haunted House, and those 3000 people helped raise $1,641 in donations to benefit our military through For The Troops, a non-profit organization that sends care packages to our brave men and women fighting for our freedom overseas. Thank you to all our fans who donated to the cause. Thank you to America's veterans and military, helping to defend freedom, and the American way of life. We salute you!
