The Factory Store will be open as usual, 9 AM to 5 PM daily. Stay tuned for more Queso Kings and PSPS Blackout info.

Internet is finally up, so I can give you some blackout updates. Queso Kings Grilled Cheese Bar will most likely remain closed until Wednesday or Thursday as the power is scheduled to shut off again tomorrow morning and remain off for up to 48 hours. The Factory Store has been and will remain open 9-5 daily, but I'm not yet sure if we will be making cheese this week. More updates will be posted as they come.

The guys made fresh Queso Fresco yesterday and are making FRESH CHEDDAR CHEESE CURDS today! Come out to Loleta, have lunch in the garden and pick up some Queso and Curds for the weekend.

Fresh White Cheddar Cheese Curds are available right now in our Factory Store.

TODAY IS NATIONAL CHEESE CURD DAY!!! We will be making FRESH CHEESE CURDS here in Loleta on Thursday!!! The best time to watch the process is between 9 AM and Noon and FRESH CHEESE CURDS will be available around 1 PM. Come by and get your squeak on!

Because of issues caused by the Blackout, we will not be making CURDS until next week.We will be making them eary next week. I'll post what day on Monday.
