The City of Tracy - Arts Education Program continues to offer distance learning classes at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts. Winter Semester begins January 11, and runs through April 2, 2021. Virtual arts education classes are offered to provide a safe learning experience for participants of all ages. Our skilled instructors at the Grand teach classes virtually through the web application ZOOM. All classes will be accessible online via computer, tablet, or cell phone. Online registration opens Monday, December 21st!
