2021 LMVA Assessments Due The January 1-June 30, 2021 assessment bills are in the mail & due by January 1st, 2021 - considered late on February 1, 2021. The Lake semi-annual billing period assessment fee for January 1-June 30 is $127. We are pleased to report the Board of Directors voted to approve the 2021 budget with no increase to the assessment. We know this has been a very frustrating time for everyone due to the Covid-19 restrictions, and we appreciate your patience and... understanding this year. We hope that you and your family have a safe and happy holiday season. The semi-annual assessment can easily be paid via: Follow the Make a Payment link on the main page of www.LakeMissionViejo.org. Dues must be paid in full when paying by credit card. Electronic auto-pay is also now available on the action menu. Online banking account. There is no fee from LMVA’s side to process your payment in this manner. Please be sure you use the P.O. Box address found on your billing statement coupon when making an electronic payment. Automatic debit. Members can also have their assessment automatically debited from their account by using the convenient ACH processing service. Christmas Eve Day Lake Services and the Membership offices will be open from 8am to 1pm. Boat Rentals will be available 8am to 3pm, while North Beach Park, Beach, Launch Ramp and Fishing area will stay open until 5pm. Lake Mission Viejo will be closed on Friday, December 25th, including Lake use to all Members.

The LMVA Board, Managers & Staff wish you a safe & Happy Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Day, November 26th Lake Services & Membership are Closed. Boat Rentals - 8am-3pm... North Beach & Entire Facility - 8am-5pm Guests are welcome all day; regular guest fees apply. Last boat rented at 2pm, due back in at 3pm. A friendly reminder: Lake Mission Viejo is a private recreational facility. The facility and amenities are strictly limited to members and their guests. Admission/tickets are NOT available to the general public.

2021 BOAT REGISTRATION TAGS AVAILABLE! LMVA members are reminded to update their required LMV boat registration in order to launch any personal watercraft on LMV. Boats new to LMV waters must be quarantined for 30 days prior to being granted Lake access. ... 2021 LMVA registration tags are now available in the membership office.
