Hello perfect little powder glow up! Laguna project pics are almost ready to roll out and here’s a look into the powder bath that is beige no more! We Love this zellige tile from @zia_tile paired with pops of brass and a touch of bone on our cabinetry pulls! All the pretty details breathing life into this space!

We love a killer transformation as you know and our recent Fountain Valley full home Reno is chalked up on that list! The original cramped unfunctional kitchen soon became a space filled with light for the whole family to enjoy a meal and spend time together.

Co/Lab Update! The sample library is lookin fresh! We are dying over the new @zia_tile thin glazed brick that they just dropped and we were so excited to show it off! Patchwork install pattern with a matching grout gives this wall a mix of texture and contrast right when you walk in our front door!

Nothing like an oh so fresh monochromatic palette. This beauties are headed into our Long Beach project starting next year!

Au Natural for this open shelving concept in our recent Bixby Kitchen , we love love love this airy monochromatic space

Letting the light in at one of our favorite kitchens (yes I know i say every project is my favorite, but can you blame me). This space has the most dreamy natural light! We love the pop of deep navy on the island and the mix of natural tones to create warmth! Happy Wednesday friends!

Let our week of kitchens continue! And we are green with envy today! This will be our clients first Thanksgiving in this funky fresh kitchen and I can’t wait to see what they cook up!

All things kitchen this week as we prepare for Thanksgiving. This is the time of year that having a fully functional well planned kitchen space is even more appreciated then normal! Kicking this week off with our Irvine project and this light bright space with plenty of prep surface!

Ready for some magic ... this way! This home originally had the smallest most cramped kitchen for a large family I’ve seen in a while... and i see some challenging spaces! So off to the drawing board i went. By squaring off the former kitchen and pulling the new foot print out into the open space we were able to create a mudroom/ homework space for the kiddos and give this family the kitchen of their dreams! A massive 10’ island, loads of storage, texture, color, a proper dining room and a space the whole family can enjoy at the same time!

Rolling Hills Estates Progress...drywall fully underway and this view with endless glass is giving me all feels! Finishes are around the corner and i can’t wait to see the design details come together

White oak hood heaven! This Eastside Costa Mesa Home got a serious facelift and this new kitchen became the perfect blend of everything we love!
