Such a feel of the East!

Having a bit of fun today! Teaching Vann how to make my Tearings and developing a cinnabun! Totally flying by the seat of me britches on the bun but I like them, sweetly sour and a bit more tweaking they will be goood! They are 100% Whole Grain too!

100% Whole Grain Wheat/ rye and 100% Whole Grain Sunflower Sesame breads fresh from the oven. Whole Grain Flour milled in house on a mill built and designed by myself and my father. Natural Desem starter as leavening, flour , water , and salt, with a few seeds thrown in for good measure! Baked in a wood fired brick oven!
