Event Report 2/12/2021 Chirstopher Casimir, 32 year old of Orangevale was arrested on drug charges Timothy Morris, 52 year old transient was arrested on drug ch...arges Rita Coronado, 35 year old of Livingston was arrested on a warrant Maria Sanchez Sianz, 25 year old of Atwater was arrested for violation of a domestic violence restraining order, drug charges and vehicle code violations Bobie Goddard, 34 year old of Eugene was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon and drug charges. Asanti Gray, 33 year old of Eugene was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of brass knuckles and drug charges Jamie Belcher, 37 year old of Merced was arrested for shoplifting Gustavo Gonzalez, 28 year old of Livingston was arrested for disorderly conduct We had two shootings with unknown suspects and victims. One occurred on Tuesday 2/9/2021 at around 7pm in the area of North Main St and Campbell Ave. The second occurred on Thursday 2/11/2021 at around 10pm in the area of Franci St and Campbell Ave. Anyone with information on either of these events is encouraged to call the Livingston Police Department. We had a hit and run with a pedestrian receiving serious injuries which occurred on 2/11/2021 at around 6am in the area of the Foster Farms Restaurant. Anyone with information on this incident is encouraged to call the Livingston Police Department. We continue to have many burglaries and thefts including car parts being taken off cars. Please secure your vehicles and keep an eye out for suspicious people especially during the late night and early morning hours. A few of these thefts occurred at the Foster Farms plant. Sgt Ray Fong

Bi weekly report 1/30/2021 Jacob Delgado, 20 year old of Livingston was arrested for vehicle theft, probation violation, evading a police officer with disregard... for public safety, and violation of a domestic violence restraining order. Vincent Paul Avila, 21 year old of Livingston was arrested for possession of narcotics. Carlos Avalos Torres, 20 year old and Luis Ornelas, 24 year old of Merced along with David Hernandez, 40 year old of Turlock were arrested for conspiracy, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, and possession of marijuana for sales. Jose Villa Martinez, 19 year old of Atwater was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, sales of marijuana, hit and run, concealing evidence, making fictitious checks, and possession of marijuana for sales. Mayra Diaz, 29 year old of Livingston and Kenia Vega, 29 year old of Livingston were arrested for assault and battery and Kenia was additionally charged with theft. Though these are the only arrest in the past two weeks we had many other calls including a shooting on the Hammatt overpass where no one was injured, a couple of vehicle thefts, stolen catalytic converters and other thefts. We thank those of you who assisted with the various investigations by allowing us video from your doorbell cameras and security cameras as well as witness statements. Keep healthy and safe. Weekly report 1/16/2021 This report will cover the last two weeks. Emanuel Valadez, 25 year old of Livingston was arrested for a warrant and drug charges.... Christal Perkins, 32 year old of Merced was arrested for trespassing. We have had a great deal more theft cases. Most of the thefts were from cars especially the theft of catalytic converters where the suspects went under the car and cut the converter off of the exhaust pipe. The catalytic converter is a part of the vehicle’s smog control system and many newer vehicles will not let you drive if the item is missing. They are being taken from vehicles parked on the street and on driveways. If you can, park your car in the garage. The main vehicles that are being targeted are Toyota Prius’ and Toyota pick-ups. Other vehicles are being targeted also. Drive safe in the fog and remember to turn on your headlights. Sergeant Ray Fong
