Minute Monday’s w/ Maria We’re in a competitive sellers market which means our sellers are getting top dollar for their homes BUT because of this some homes aren’t appraising. Here’s a few scenarios if a home doesn’t appraise ... buyer comes in with the difference seller comes down on price or if both parties don’t come to terms then they can decided to opt out of the deal (buyers could be at risk of losing their deposit if contingencies aren’t in place anymore).
