Hello realtime reporters! We are happy to announce the release of our new software, RealtimeConnect, which will replace StenoDirectPlus going forward. (You can still use StenoDirectPlus; it's not going anywhere yet.) The interface is much more pleasing to the eye, and configuration and set up is easier. If you'd like to get set up with RealtimeConnect, we'd encourage you to work with our support department to make sure StenoDirectPlus gets fully uninstalled from your compute...r first. Last but certainly not least we owe a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that helped us BETA test RealtimeConnect. We wouldn't be here without you!

August 1st marks one year of accompanying the mini router with your LocalRealtime purchase. If you're interested in realtime in the room, look no further! Our LocalRealtime product has been on the market for several years and makes connecting attorneys simple and easy. No need for serial cables and you can connect on tablets! PSA - Some of our clients do not have an available USB port to power the router and some of our other clients might not have an ethernet port on their c...omputer. That's OK! You can power the router using a wall adapter or you can use a USB Hub. Ethernet adapters are available in most electronics stores and through a quick online search. Please don't be shy and let us know if you're using an adapter or not. A picture of your setup might help someone else in the future. Happy Tuesday, and grab a taco for us.
