Dear Little Spoon Soup customers and friends, We are writing to let you know that Little Spoon Soup will be closing up shop soon, at least for a while. Our last day will be at the Temescal Farmers' Market on June 7th, 2015. Running this little business and serving soup to you all has been a dream come true for both of us, but Sean starts a full time job as a disability rights lawyer in September, and Erica is considering a new path back to graduate school.... We're looking for people that we could pass Little Spoon on to, because we'd love to see it survive and thrive, but there's no guarantee that we'll be able to find anyone before we close. Please let us know if you can think of any likely candidates who are interested in running a small, local, farmer-inspired organic soup business with an aim of creating a just, sustainable workplace. (And a bike-powered soup-scription service!) We have lots of ideas and resources we could pass onto the right group of people. In the meantime, let us know if you have any favorite soups you'd like us to make before the end, and please come visit Sean and Erica on the 7th to say goodbye.
