I have been in the same place for 9 years and it is finally time to move on! This also means that I’ve been MIA on social media a lot and neglecting fb/insta messages. I move next week just before thanksgiving, then comes the worst part- the unpacking if you have messaged me regarding anything from asking me how I am to inquiring about an order- my apologies for my absence. I have been trying very hard to make some drastic changes in my life. After 10 years of constantly answering to people and allowing strangers to dictate whether I’m allowed to spend a night out or not, it is not just overwhelming, it’s downright damaging. I cannot make everyone happy, but I can change things within myself, and though this has been one of the hardest most complicated roles I’ve taken, it was necessary with the way this year has gone. I have spent the vast majority of this year in doctors offices and hospitals. I lost both my babies to cancer only 5 months apart and my new baby has had a slew of problems. This has been a year of reckoning and reawakening and damnit I’m excited to live a life that is mine and does not belong to everyone else. So. Here I am world. Let’s do this thing.

Oh look, another glorious morning. Makes me SICK! The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen just delivered to me at my room at Cedars Sinai Hospital. I cannot even begin to describe the beautiful and amazing relationship I’ve had with @heatherbuzz and @carrotjuicefun @stfoodcinema and family. I’ve been working with the Allison family team for almost a decade now. I’ve had some of the most fantastic and memorable experiences of my adult life, and made a friendship that will last a lifetime. So, come little children, I’ll take thee away! I lost my other baby today. Two babies in 5 months. I am overcome with grief.

Please be respectful. Commissioners have lives outside your purchases. I have spent 10 years being penalized when a single day passes without responding. That day is over. If you have a non-urgent message, especially on weekends or after business hours, please be respectful of people who give their lives to you for a product and give up theirs own lives in return. If your message is quite urgent, I do understand the frustration of not being able to reach me. For ten years I h...ave done my best to be available to everyone. This past year I have attempted to draw a boundary which still is misinterpreted as not caring, or being unresponsive because a single 24 hour period passed. Unlike major retailers I am not only your customer service department, I am your factory, I am your fulfillment center, your manager of daily operations, web technical support, and every other department a business holds. Be respectful. Be kind. Be patient even when it’s difficult, because I promise I am working every day to do the same for my customers.
