Building a business from the ground up is what I love the most about a start up company. After laughing at the cost of American food trucks, and after sighing in disappointment over the quality of the Chinese ones I decided to build my own coffee house from scratch. I believe that something built by our own hands are the only true possessions of value that we have and can pass down to the next generation with pride. I believe we have lost the desire to leave a legacy, we are more concerned with acquiring rather than building, and so this little coffee house will be the beginning of my legacy. And though it seems I am alone friends pop in from time to time and help me out so thanks to Prashant Raj, Kristian Jenkins, David Zoeller, and my neighbour Kevin for all the tactile support.
