Trial by Internet? Yes. Jury Consultant Richard Gabriel has written a futuristic, yet timely article (see link below) about using the internet to conduct a jury trial. While there will be some legal hurdles to getting it into the courtroom, remote arbitrations can be done right now, using current technology. First day of trial in the books. Lots of moving parts, but Court even complimented counsel on how well everything went. Happy to assist Plaintiffs on this monumental case!
