I am defending a client who is being pursued for a loan with an interest rate of 188 per cent! Usury. Loan Sharking. Period. The abuses of the banking and credit card companies must be stopped! This is a start.

It's baaack: This time: Robosigning with private student loans. "I question whether National Collegiate actually possesses the documents necessary to show they own loans." -- NCLC attorney Robyn Smith, who has seen lawsuits dropped when borrowers contest them.
