Being a born and raised local in Nevada county has given me confidence and ease in the real estate business here, and also lends to me having this fun little story about my listing.... When I was a child this was our family friends home. I literally grew up in it a little bit myself, including having had a time out of two in the upstairs bedrooms. . Then again when I moved back from Hawaii, my only other friend who had kids was now living here in ...the downstairs, working as a live in nanny for the family who owned the house.
