I'm going to Johnstown, PA from April 14 to 16. Thank you Taylor from the Creator Square for the purchase of the Cube-500, a 500W high precision fiber laser metal cutter. I will stay there for installation and training staff on how to operate the machine safely and effectively. The Cube 500 is running on a ball-screw XY gantry so that high precision is guaranteed. The maximum thickness it can handle is 1/4" for sampling or 5mm for mass production. Plus, it can take care of 1.5mm stainless without hesitation.

Making a template for a romote with the latest Falcon 80W machine. The new Falcon installed with the best Pro laser head and mirror mounts in the market. It adds better accuracy on beam alignment, and better quality on cutting and engraving. The tip hole is smaller than a regular and the end of the tip designed in round shape for better air flow dispense.

A lot of folks asked us if we could come up with a design for a full-covered flatbed. Well, here you go. we just made a request to our manufacturer for a new design, full-covered Omicron/ Katana. The work area is 2500x1300 (8ft x 4ft) and the laser power can be chosen from100W to 300W. To make it simple, all of this model will come gear-driven with dual Y motors. So that there is no hesitation for high-speed cutting. Light Object Laser ... Sacramento, California "SQS" - Service, Quality, Support www.LightObject.com (916) 383-8166 See more

More machines are coming. After being delayed for 2 weeks, we finally received our new ocean shipment. On this shipment, there are 3x G-series Omicron and 2x G-series Katana. All those machines are coming with 2500x1300 bed size. With this shipment, there is a new brand (very famous in China) CO2 laser tube also included. Can't wait to run power test and penetration test

A serious question to all laser buyers. Are you willing to save a little money by buying a laser machine direct from China or, would you prefer paying a little bit more for a machine with support from a US seller like us? I am trying to fix a big hybrid system (metal and non-metal cutter) for a customer in Rocklin, Ca. It's a hybrid machine with a 200W tube and servo motors. The machine was not running well since day one. The customer spent $20k on the machine and paid US cu...stom fees. The overseas seller provided them with zero support when the problem was discovered. The machine was having many issues and some were deadly. The owner spent over $3k hiring professionals to come over and service the machine, and on top of that they spend around $5k trying to fix the machine themselves. The machine now is moving now but it's still unable to cut well. I was working on it and I found out that the motorized laser head and the laser sensor was dead. That costed him another $950, the more time I spent on it, the more issue I discovered. The question is, when will it stop?

Support time for the fiber pipe cutter! Received an urgent call from Tim, the owner of "ReadyLift" who purchased a 2000W metal pipe cutter two months ago. He c...omplained that the machine was fine a few cut then cut horrible. I always told Tim not to worry because "Laserminator" me would be always here to take care of his baby. I actually went there the day before showing Tim and his son Tom Jr how to fine tuning the machine. But today's issue was a little different. It was a protection lens got burned that I haven't taught them much how to deal with it. Don't be surprised to see a burning lens on the fiber laser. As a matter of fact, it always happened when dealing with thicker metal, 3mm or thicker, especially on carbon steel! After swapping the lens, it made a huge difference and Tim Jr was smiling again. See pictures I attached Before vs After. Laserminator - I will be Back #fiberlaser #fiberlasercuttingmachine #laserpipecutter #metalcutting

Fixing a YongLi 280W CO2 laser tube from Southern California A customer named Andy and Molly brought a laser machine from China with a 280W YL tube about a 1.5 ...years ago. In a sudden, they found that water leaked out from the tube casing. After opened it up what stunned them was that one of two tubes crack and filled up with water. Molly, complained that the system seems not working properly since day one. Funny that for such big machine they came without forklift assistance but taken two trucks and straip to unloaded the machine from the truck. What a dangerous move! They could cut 9mm baltic plywood at 13mm/s. That's didn't sound right for a 280W tube, she said. I agreed with her point. When I asked Molly what was the total length of the tube, and she said that it was about 154cm. To me, it didn't sound right because a 130W tube should have a total length of 165cm. The system was a combination of two tubes to deliver laser power. And by the tube size, I could estimate that it was merely a 115W or 125W max (I got confirmation from GSI professional). So, by combing two into one it should deliver 230W or probably 250W max. There was no way it could come up 280W. It is a high risk to import a big machine or a high power machine from China without knowing the background of the company or a legit company to back up the products. As a matter of fact, I have to fix another YL 280W hybrid system sometime on next week. That system crashed after 4 months of usage. Anyway, Andy & Molley driven up North to see me and ask my help. They desperatly need a working machine and found no one in Southern California could offer help. Ok.Ok, Laserminator got to offer help to save them from trouble. Anyway, a further inspection of the system telling me that we couldn't add a replacement tube to it because one end of the pair tube was sealed with silicon. It will take a lot of work to separate it and Andy /Molly need a working system in hurry. So, what we could do is going to split the tube and enable only one tube and one power supply. Plus, we have to fix the leaking issue. It wasn't a big surgery but considering it as a moderate procedure. Will post an update hereafter the "surgery" is completed.

Another cutting test on a Combo fiber & CO2 laser cutter - the Explorer E500. This time, I showed both metal&wood cutting in the same video so that you can understand what does "Combo" mean to be.
