Stand on His promises and keep on praying. Fight your battles through prayer.

Society’s understanding of tolerance is far different from true tolerance. True tolerance requires making a judgement. It is grounded in genuine concern for others. Jesus set a perfect for us. He was firm in His convictions but was still able to show His compassion for people. To be the salt and light in this world, let’s find that balance between convictions and compassion.

As believers, we are to be the salt and light of the world, shining the midst of darkness. We don’t just go with the flow, but instead, we stand on the truth. This means not tolerating anything that is out of the standard of God. We must reject pseudotolerance and return to the historical understanding of true tolerance. Matthew 5:16 says, In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
