Six months into the #COVID19 pandemic, LIFE ElderCare remains a lifeline for vulnerable, at-risk elders with no support, providing them with critical services - like #mealsonwheels, groceries, wellness calls & more - so that they can safely shelter in place. But we need YOUR help to continue this important work. Your gift will ensure that seniors in your neighborhood stay nourished, healthy, and connected to community. Please donate now: https://lifeeldercare.networkforgood.com//30954-be-a-part- City of Fremont, CA Government Union City, California Newark, California County of Alameda, CA - Government #feedingseniors Fremont Senior Center #agingwell Meals on Wheels of Alameda County

Are you working from home or available during the day to #volunteer? We need YOUR help to deliver fresh groceries from food pantries to homebound seniors in #AlamedaCounty. Volunteers can choose their pick up location (Fremont, Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Oakland, or Berkeley); and no-contact deliveries generally take 1-2 hours depending on the route. As the #COVID shelter-in-place continues, food insecurity is increasing amongst high-risk groups like the elderly. Plea...se help us ensure that they don't go hungry - sign up to volunteer: https://lifeeldercare.org/volunteer-sign-up-form/; call 510-856-9010; or email [email protected]. If you need assistance and have no one to support you, we can help! Please call 510-894-0370 or email [email protected]. #feedingseniors #agingwell #Covid19 #volunteersneeded

As the #COVID19 shelter-in-place continues, more and more homebound #seniors are running low on food supplies. The spike in requests for #MealsOnWheels has not ceased, nor has the need for groceries, meds, essentials, or just the need to talk. We are doing all we can to make sure that these needs are met - but we can't do this work alone. We are so incredibly grateful for the community support that has poured in to help us ensure that no senior is lonely or hungry during this challenging time. In honor of #GivingTuesdayNow - a global day of giving and unity - LIFE ElderCare Executive Director Patricia Osage shares a message of thanks and appreciation: https://vimeo.com/414813960
