The idea for selling "Lido's Salsa" was created one late Saturday night after eating Lisa's(Lido's) homemade salsa. Someone said "This is so good, we could easily sell this", not thinking about the consequences of that statement, we all agreed. The next day the business took off around a dinner table where six of us were eating spagetti and salad. That night changed our lives. The business was created by six close friends who greatly enjoy everything about the process of the... business and producing Lido's Salsa. Lisa Fast, Ali Spindt, Ella Roberts, Tim Matthews, Jaylen Villanueva, and Teague "The Woat" Hamilton started the Salsa buiz on January 29, 2016. A big part of the success of the business thus far, is that we live in a community thriving with young college students who love the idea of a delivery service. The Isla Vista community is a network of great people who work hard in their academics, like to have fun and appreciate a good tasting salsa. We are gracious and appreciative of the lives we get to live here in IV and happy that we can share tasty salsa with those who want to enjoy it.
