I loved dreaming up this this menu for a special client, who contacted me with a beautiful surprise marriage proposal and a vision to take a tour through the courtship of his relationship by telling their story through food. The menu, the floral arrangement, the eucalyptus branches and even the lemon blossoms I picked all these touches aromatized the memory of their their love and the life journey ahead. And for these few tender hours, the happy couple reveled in a beautifully executed dinner with paired wines, all served with a mask on. Plus, a gorgeous live accompaniment by live guitarist in a gorgeous estate.
