The ultimate #surrender (Balasana or Child’s pose) is giving up what we *think* should be happening & finding acceptance for what is *actually* happening. Practicing this (on & off of the mat) doesn’t mean we have to like what’s going on, but we do have to surrender to it to find the acceptance that can ultimately lead to peace of mind or peace w/in. After 5 weeks of putting in WORK both physically and mentally, our L8F’ers CRUSHED another fitness challenge! As a gym we lost a combined 185lbs and over 400 inches!
