It’s been a month or so since the last full turn over of books. Some have come and some have gone, but things were starting to feel a bit stale. But, thanks to the help of several recent donors, we’re happy to announce a major overhaul of the contents of the library! We’ve got over 60 different books in stock now for those looking for something different to read this Spring. ... The books (and audio book) in the front section of the top shelf. The back shelf of the top section of the library. The bottom section of the library with some kids books, magazines, and fiction. Looking for books in Japanese? It's not quite a Little Free Library, but one of our Glendale neighbors opens up her personal library of over 700 books and DVDs, primarily in Japanese, once a month to share with the community. Some of the books in our library have been there for well over a month and haven’t been moving. So to keep things new and fresh through the holiday season, we’ve replaced almost everything in the box with more than 50 new donations we’ve gotten in the last few weeks! We’ve also recently added some interior lights in the top portion of the library so you can more easily browse when the sun has set earlier in the evening. The lights are usually on until about 11:30 PM or so for... those late evening strolls. So when the nights are cold and you need something to snuggle up with by the fireplace, feel free to stop by, leave a book, and take a book! http://lfl8424.boffosocko.com//04/over-50-new-books-in-st/
