Take New Ground

Are there things in your business and life that you say you don't want? I say you DO want them, or they wouldn't be there. The system you have created is designed to create the results you have.... The good news is, if you want something different, no problem, we just need to tweak the system!

A team is extremely complex. It's arrogant to believe we KNOW what's going on with our teams. The key is listening for what is really there, not what you made up about what it there, and creating together from that place.

#Connection in our #disconnection. Typically #Conflict looks like battling each other, instead of battling together for the thing we both want. There is a sudden shift in the relationship when we can connect with each other in our disconnection.

What are you omitting in your communication? What does your omission signal to the world? When someone talks, I listen more for what they OMITT rather than what they choose to say.... I notice the gaps and get real curious.

I get asked all the time... Do you coach people personally... Or professionally.... The answer is YES. Everything is personal. If it is meaningful it's personal. When we are at work we are there personally. We bring our entire person with us everywhere we go.
