It's great to be back. First I'd like to give my appreciation to all those that have taken time to view our site. I would thank all of you personally but when you view I don't have a way to see who you are. We're in the process of having a calender page for booking purposes. If there is something that you would like us to have on the site let us know. We will also be getting a page for testimonies, suggestions and comments. Today Trish and I are going to "taste and see" at the Rock Church here in San Diego. We have a table to promote the retreats on board the boat. Hope to get some good exposure. We'll be able to take the boat out once we get the motor back.

The last month and a half has been amazing. My shoulder is nearly completely healed. Movement os getting better and better. We have been out with the boat a number of times. It manuevers very well. A couple days ago we had our first group outing. A great meal and a great time was had by all. These were leaders of in their respective fields. It will be great to work alongside this wonderful group of people. Trish will be transferring to San Diego in September so we will be able to do our sailing more together.

It's been awhile since I wrote. My shoulder is healing well. Last week we got our motor back and it runs great. Getting ready to take the boat out. We're so ready get going. It's just after 4am. Can't sleep and my shoulder doesn't want to cooperate. Been spending time with the Lord and telling Him how discouraging this is becoming. Been here almost a year preparing for the great things He wants to do with us. God reminds me that we are right where He wants us. My shoulder needs to heal and Trish needs to heal as well. I want to be patient and wait but I want my wife to be happy and feeling fulfilled as well. Could really use your prayers and encouragement. I know the Lord knows what He's doing. Could use a little uplift today. Thanks everyone for your continued prayer and support. He never leaves us or forsakes us. I've seen it time and time again. He will show us again it's just the waiting again.

We really Appreciate all those that have been viewing our page. Can't wait for those that are chomping at the bit finally going to book a weekend or even a day out on the water. We had an issue with the motor and will be getting it fixed shortly. Also I (Matt), went in for surgery on my shoulder today. So I will be out of commission for a while, (6 weeks) so your thoughts and prayers for quick healing and recuperation will be greatly appreciated. Have a wonderful and blest life.

Merry Christmas to all our friends, especially those at Pikes Peak Christian Church and Springs Lighthouse. We do miss everyone but feel this is where God really wants us. I know that working with marriages is not really seen as a mission, but it is. There are just too many that seem to breakdown for even simple differences and small arguments that just seem hard to resolve. Our God is there for you to help us forgive one another and begin again. We all make mistakes, some greater than others but our God is a God of second chances and even more. We pray that your relationships do even better as we enter into a new year.
