Welcoming a new sister company- theorie a small business consulting agency founded by 2 small business owners who understands the true movements of running a small business. our why... when i think about the career moments that have brought me here, the underlying why behind all of my career decisions is helping (I'm an ennegram 2). & for me, to help well & to help at my best, I pull from my own personal experiences. ... Even as I was painfully living through the motions of starting LEO, I knew that the universe had another calling/plan for me in the making...the lessons, the trial and error, the strategies, & the celebrations that I have been able to humbly live through in LEO, is something that will help bring a uniqueness & more relatable factor to theorie. What pushed us to create theorie... The messages that continued to come through LEO of small business owners/entrepreneurs wanting & needing help/advice...was the push that Hector and I needed to finally build an avenue that would help bring answers to those questions. We saw a need of small business owners wanting to seek advice from other small business owners who they knew, walked in their shoes. From idea to execution, to building and growing, the 2 of us have been there. & this new venture is about being able to put all of our combined experiences & strengths into helping our community in this way.
