Craving this dish! It was pretty simple with ingredients I had already. If you like shrimp with a zesty, spicy, garlicky sauce, you’d love this! Pairs well with a nice Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. 1lb raw shrimp deveined tail off 3 cloves garlic minced 3 tbsp butter... 3tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp sea salt or kosher salt 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 lemon squeezed 1/4 cup dry white wine Fresh basil leaves around 10 cut in slivers. 1/2 baguette sliced and toasted or grilled well Heat a heavy saucepan or cast iron skillet on medium, Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook shrimp around 1 minute on each side until pink. Remove. Add the butter, 2 tablespoon olive oil, and garlic. Sauté for few minutes. Add lemon juice, white wine, crushed pepper, salt, pepper and basil. Stir well. Add shrimp and cook for another minute. Serve immediately with grilled bread! Oh and btw I’m loving these new bowls I purchased from Target #project62 #avestabowls #shrimpappetizer #spicyshrimp
