The check in employee stated the hotel was completely booked but managed to find us a handicap room which was fine. When we were checking out, I asked an employee for directions to the front desk, he gave me directions but went out of his way to follow me to make sure I found the front desk.... *The cleanliness of your room and the friendliness of your staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy. Restaurant was very good. *Friendly staff. *They never fail to treat me with such importance. Always accommodating to my every request.
