BLENDING IN | Integrating our projects into the site as well as the surrounding neighborhood is always top priority. This project is no exception as there are existing design parameters in place that dont allow you to build up. We took advantage of this rule and ran with it and went down instead. The level under the pool allows every bedroom to have a view. The upper level with indoor and outdoor spaces allows multiple entertaining spaces with ocean views.
