On Saturday, Oct. 24, LSPC staff & All of Us or None members occupied Eastshore Park at Lake Merritt, Oakland, to canvass & campaign for Prop 17 & the restoration of voting rights to 50,000 Californians. LSPC / All of Us or None shared Prop 17 information, AOUON swag, BBQ, & music, as well as provided an opportunity for community members to phone bank in support of voting rights. October 24 was a National Day of Action for formerly incarcerated & convicted people to exercise ...their restored right to vote, as well as campaign for local legislation that reverses the racist practice of disenfranchisement & restores voting rights to all. The National Day of Action was organized by the Formerly Incarcerated, Convicted Peoples & Families Movement (FICFPM). On Nov. 3, vote YES on Prop 17! https://www.freethevote2020.org/
