Hey all, I’ve been getting pestered by the kids to do a zoom session so I’ve set one up for TOMORROW 10th May at 12pm (Your time) here is the log in and password! It’s open to all the kids on a Legacy team any age group. Zoom only allows 30 minutes free, so after the 30 minutes is up, 10 minute break then log back in for 12:45 (same log in and password). It will be focusing on core strength and power! No need to confirm attendance, just log in and join in! (Bring a ball for one of the exercises) Thanks Y’all!
