Lefty’s Classic Beef 101. AKA a Chicago style Italian Beef is our in house roasted beef (no cheese)that is then hand sliced on to a Turano roll from Chicago. From there you decide if you want it Dry, Wet (in Au Jus) or Au Jus on the side. THEN! you choose your peppers.
