To her good fortune, she was cross-training another employee and was a good distance away when he pulled the bag off this PVB. Like many of you, we have been reeling from the rapid effects of the pandemic on our community, both locally & globally. Watching our small business grind to a halt after 12 years of careful nurturing & hard work has been heartbreaking. So many people in our community have been kind enough to ask us how they can help. It has been hard to know what to say in response. But now we are ready to get on with it & take action to save our business, to continue to provide jobs for our valued employees & to put our culinary skills to use for whomever would like the comfort of a thoughtfully prepared family-style meal from the BLC team. We have had a BLC to-go menu in place for a few years now it was designed for group gatherings, so that is of no use to anyone right now! We have simplified it, changed the portion sizes & added some of the dishes & flavors that we are craving right now. Everything is available for curbside pick-up at our kitchen Wednesday-Sunday between 3-6pm. We can also deliver, when & where possible.
