The South San Joaquin Valley Division hosted its first Holiday Reception last Friday in Dinuba. The evening included dinner, dancing, a live band, and casino night. Thank you to everyone who attended.

UPDATE ON STATE & LOCAL TAX DEDUCTIONS AND PRIVATE ACTIVITY BONDS (PABs): Representatives Lance (R-NJ) and Gottheimer (D-NJ) have offered a bipartisan proposal to the H.R. 1 conference committee that would fully retain SALT, along with private activity bonds, the medical expense deduction, and the mortgage interest deduction, and is fully offset by certain capital gains changes. If this amendment is not supported, this will have a tremendous fiscal impact to your cities. Contact Representative Devin Nunes and encourage him to reject the current version of H.R. 1 and to support the Lance/Gottheimer amendment.
