Residents at Spring Lake Village were #evacuated in response to a fire near their community. To raise the sprits of the residents, we provided Age On. Rage On. merchandise and snacks. We're glad to hear that all residents were evacuated safely and have since returned home! #AgeOnRageOn

LeadingAge partnered with LeadingAge California to support residents at PEP Housing Acacia Lane Apartments who were evacuated in response to the recent wildfires in California. We were glad to hear from member residents about the positive impact we were able to make!

Ageism and the decline narrative of aging the notion that getting older means decline, deterioration, decay and dependency were around before the pandemic, of course.
