Everyone benefits when water is saved. That’s why over the past year, LBWD helped about 700 families save an estimated total of 17 million gallons through DIME - a pilot program aimed to retrofit multifamily buildings in select neighborhoods with new water efficient appliances. That’s roughly equivalent to 27 Olympic size swimming pools! Learn more about this program at http://lbwater.org/dime

When you have reliable water service, like that provided by LBWD, you don’t have to think twice about the infrastructure that brings water to your home or business, and then safely returns water to the environment but we all should. For Imagine a Day Without Water, consider what your day would be like if you couldn’t turn on the tap and get clean drinking water, or if you flushed the toilet and wastewater didn’t go anywhere. What would that be like? #ValueWater
