Once you leave the property your vehicle is subject for tow. This is what we have to deal with fake customers. Not only you waste the small business owners time to serve you but your whole intentions is buy nothing while your order is being made somewhere else. The Donut Shop, Laundromat and our Water store are owned by Asians that has been serving the community for years and the parking lot is private lot for our customers to use. ... I’m sharing 2 reviews from Black Ring Coffee and I’m sure there are more. We believe goal that is suffocate our businesses here by stealing the parking from our customers especially the elderly and those who have disabilities that need our services. 1st - why would you open a coffee shop where people would like to sit down if you have no parking. 2nd - if you can’t walk 2 blocks where there is a public parking or on the street than you don’t need that coffee 3rd - where is their sign showing where parking is located? Just sharing our concerns. We had a guy come in and tried to attack me today. We called the cops and they came and since we don’t have proof they can’t do something. Just like when this store was looted. LBPD was a no show. This guy had another person outside waiting in the car. I got lucky i wasn’t hurt and he probably didn’t expect me to react that fast.

So we are requesting a boycott on city planned gentrification project that started with Black Ring Coffee and Shoe Palace by knowingly and allowing these businesses to continue to trespass on private property. Our parking lot is for only Donut, Water and Laundromat only. Plus there is a new business opening up soon. With current laws as is we are left with little options but to boycott. We are trying to reach out to the media and other groups that has dealt with City planned ...gentrification projects to bring attention to social inequality of minority owned businesses. Please help us protect minority owned business that serves this community and share it to bring in more help. This is about gentrification and cutting off life to minority owned businesses like ours from our parking that we paid for. We are calling for a Boycott for Black Ring Coffee, Shoe Palace and Al Austin for destroying our community. Why would a $Billion corporation and a white owned coffee shop open up with no parking? The answer is to steal and suffocate minority own businesses until they close so that rich investors can come in and buy everything cheap and raise your rent.
