Client charged with a DUI. We filed a motion to suppress asserting that given the officer parked his vehicle behind that of my client's coupled with the fact that there was a retaining wall which precluded my client from driving away. Accordingly, the detention was unlawful and not consensual in nature. Motion to Suppress GRANTED. DUI case DISMISSED.
