As a San Francisco pied-a-terre to use primarily for vacations, the clients yearned for a bright and refreshing home away from home. Located 30 stories above ground, towering directly over the Bay Bridge, this home introduces youth to sophistication. Throughout the residence, LCD plays down the element of seriousness. She added bold splashes of color by way of painted accent walls, bedazzled wallpaper and vivid colors peaking out from behind furniture legs. Most noticeable ar...e the saturated walls- deep purples, rich oranges and cool blues contribute to modern-day style which offers comfort. Organic elements were employed to soothe the adventurous palette with the use of the Karol bed side tables in the master bedroom, the Turini dining table and leather swivel armchair upholstered in bi-product leather. Rich textiles from Lee Jofa, Groundworks by Kelly Worsler, Cowtan and Tout and the master bed by Applegate Tran team up to lend comfort to the quarters. LCD brings functionality to this small space by resourcefully creating appealing storage with shelving and brilliant arrangement allowing furniture pieces to get cozy without overcrowding.

Within the windowed walls, Lawanna Cathleen seamlessly mixes styles. On the 57th floor, this bachelor pad embodies bold masculinity through clean lines and heavy furniture together with warm rich colors. The contemporary style of the unit provided opportunity to utilize unique pieces from new furniture lines such as asymmetrical dining benches by Applegate Tran and an Italian leather reclining bed by Roche-Bo Bois. Metalic accents embellish by way of antique telescopes and lustrous wallpaper accompanied by a headlining chandelier by De Sousa Hughes.
