Case update: Client arrested for felony domestic violence in May of 2019 after a mutual combative argument with spouse in Los Angeles County. Law enforcement arrested my client, as spouse had little to no injury. This case was formally rejected yesterday by the prosecuting agency after a meeting a the prosecutors office.

CASE UPDATE: On January 22, 2020 at the Torrance Court all charges of sexual assault were dismissed against our Client. My client, a business owner was accused of an assault at his place of business. With the assistance of our private investigator and video surveillance; evidence was obtained which discredited the uncorroborated allegations of the accuser.

Client was arrested for DUI and driving onto center median. After meeting with client and witnesses; we investigated the officers training and following of protocol in his administration of the breath test. Our client's privilege to operate a motor vehicle has been restored. Your first line of defense against a DUI begins at the DMV.

This DUI involved an allegation of driving under the influence, hit n run, wherein a third party was taken to the hospital. After reserving the DMV hearing, our office and private investigator recreated the accident. The DMV has now reinstated our client's privilege to operate a motor vehicle.

Today my Client walked out of the Tulare Superior Court in Visalia vindicated against all accusations of violence. His pathway to citizenship and his good name restored.

Client was arrested for allegedly drinking from an open container and with an admission to driving. Client was arrested for DUI and we promptly set the DMV hearing.
