This video is for people who have a law enforcement officer after them. The circumstances are the same if you were in Washington DC and get a phone call to talk from the FBI. You are under investigation in both scenarios. https://rfr.bz/f1jddk8

Why has an arrest warrant been issued for me? Reasons for a warrant of arrest can be a failure to fullfill probation requirments. These include paying restitution as a condition of probation or as a part of your prison sentence. For people who have domestic violence cases in tghe past they get warrants because they did not show up for their progress report to update the courts on their domestic violence class. In addition, warrants can be isseud for more innocnet things suc...h as failure to show up for a jury summons. You can check on the Orange County Sheriff website for a warrant below. https://rfr.bz/f1jcz8q For more info about Warants in Orang County https://rfr.bz/f1jcz8r

Friday Video! The two most important things that you need to remember is the DMV and the court process. If you remember nothing at all about this, remember from the DMV process, it's going to be a 10 day deadline. And the court process is going to be what they call an arraignment dates, doing these two stages. It's important that you use the DMV hearing to get the police report, breath logs and the video before your court date. So that way, by the time you get to court, we know what to do and where you stand on your case. And then from the court date, it would be a matter of negotiations or going to trial to fight your case. music by bensound.com

You just hit a part card on your way home. You got home and now you have a detective calling you or you just got into an altercation at the bar. It got physical, got home and you got that phone call. Somebody detective asking you to call him Why You Shouldn’t Talk. You have with detective calling you. He's asking for you to give him a call back. You just got done getting home from a long night out where you either hit a park cart or you got into a fight at the bar. You kno...w you did something wrong but they haven't arrested you yet. Let's stop that arrest. Don’t Call Back Example Hit and Run Case The first thing you need to do is don't talk. You have your side of the story. Either you hit a car or you didn't know that you hit a car or let's say for instance the other guy instigated it and you would want to finish the fight. The problem is there are things that the officer's looking for it. They're not out there to hear your side of the story. They're out there to get confirmation to their reports. For example, if it's a hit and run, what they need to do is they need to ID who the driver is. They're not concerned as to why you left, so when you come by and you say, well, I left because I, I just felt a bump. The job has done, they have sealed the case, the nails in the coffin and it's over for you. Example Assault Cases The same goes with the assault cases. Well, the officer doesn't know whether or not it's a self defense claim or if it's an ID issue. The proper time to go out and explain your case and to mitigate damages is when the case is filed or with the district attorney before it's filed. It's not done during the investigation phase. Let's take a step forward. If Officer At Your Door Let's say for instance, if the phone call came already, you didn't talk with the officer, but all of a sudden you have an officer and he's knocking at your front door. You don't know what to do. The most important thing you can do is exercise your right to remain silent and let the officer know that you're not talking without an attorney. I'll leave a link below to some ACLU bus cards. Those are the cards that tell you what your rights are.
