California needs to immediately provide alternatives to the dual witness and notarization requirements for estate planning documents such as Health Care Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney for financial matters, Wills, etc., during the pandemic. The best solution is to allow all estate planning documents to be acknowledged by notarizations via VIDEO CONFERENCING then EMAIL for the duration of the pandemic. This should also apply to real estate transaction documents, etc.

If I could tell you one thing, here's what I'd say: take this COVID 19 virus very, very, very, seriously. Stay home, and stay away from people. Just do it. Our politicians took far too long to take this threat seriously. Don't make the same mistake. Assume you have it. Assume everyone you see has it. RE: April 15th Tax Day Since you now don't need to pay your taxes until July 15th, AND you can file for an extension to file (to October 15) with a zero tax payment, the deadline to pay your estimated taxes is then essentially July 15th. So just file your $0 tax extension on or before April 15th and you don't have to pay your estimated taxes until July 15th - and file by October 15. ... Good info... An arrest warrant is not a warrant to enter your home. An arrest warrant does not obligate you to open your house door or to allow agents into your home.
