Pumpkin seeds are very nutritious and have a variety of health benefits. Put them in a salad or eat as a snack. Check out the easy recipe below. Recipe: 1. Wash and dry all your pumpkin seeds. 2. Toss the seeds in a bowl with olive oil and whatever spices you want! I like to do salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 3. Roast the seeds at 350 in the over for 12-15 minutes.
