"That pair of pants used to fit me." "I don't look good in that anymore because I'm too fluffy." [@jammiebaker and @alliecasazza did an amazing podcast episode on The Purpose Show and you need to check it out (I'll screenshot it in stories). ] You need to take that invitation for negativity and ERASE it. I promise, it helps you to build momentum in your wellness goals. Ever heard ‘dress for the job you want? Well, dress for the LIFE you want! Other than being healthier or losing weight, you just want to feel GOOD! So then act like someone who wants to feel good! See more

Ladies, there are so many reasons that I don’t do meal plans. I’ve made them for clients before, AND I’ve done them myself (Dozens of times). These are my top five reasons I don’t give meal-plans to my clients anymore.... --> You might not like to eat what I like to eat, which leads to NOT sticking to the meal plan. -->Your FAMILY might not like to eat what's on your meal plan, which leads to NOT sticking to the meal plan. --> It requires a LOT of preparation and planning, which leads to NOT sticking to the meal plan. --> You’re not actually learning anything about what works for YOUR body and YOUR life, which leads to NOT getting results. --> You're dependent on a coach for life. --> You don't learn how to eat and cook for your family WITHOUT the meal plan. Hello, rebound weight gain! Add all these things up, and you see that meal plans are hard to start, keep up with and get results from.
