Who is Ready to Wash Their Clothes?

Dear Customer, The Laundry Room of Palms is and has been open. There are a few new rules. Only 10 people at a time to come inside in order to practice Social Distancing. Only one person per family to come inside. Only Wash & Dry is allowed now. You need to wear a mask to enter the laundromat. These are just some measures for everyone to stay safe. Our customers have been very responsible and they are self disciplined. We are open from 6AM until 9:30PM with last wash at 8PM. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Customer, The Laundry Room of Palms is open now. There will be a few new rules. Please read our previous post. We have also decided to open our Wash & Fold service with an exception. The customers would place their load in the washing machine(s) and our attendants will transfer to dry and make sure it is dry and then folded. Then the laundry will be bagged and weighted. The customer will be called to pick up the same day in most cases. We can charge for washing machine charge if more than two machines used. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Customers, in this time of great uncertainty, our first priority is the welfare of our customers and associates. This unprecedented situation has no manual or guidebook; we are all in it together, figuring it out and making decisions on a day-by-day or even hour-by-hour basis. We have decided to temporarily close our laundromats until further notice. We are accessing the situation next Monday 3-23 and will update this page. There is no doubt that we are in uncharted territory, but of this we are certain: we will get through this, stronger and more resilient than ever.
