Bitter Melon Soup! Super Easy, just add 1 ingredient! 3 liter of water 4 Laotian sausages 3-4 bitter melon... 3 carrots 2-4 pack of glass noodles 2 packs of glass noodles if you like brothy soup with more liquid 3-4 packs if you want soup thick or loves lots of glass noodles Next time I’m only using 2 packs of glass noodles because the noodles expands and my broth was little Ingredient 2-4 table spoon of chicken flavor salt or bouillon Add according to your preference on how salty or not salty. After I finished the soup, I found the bok choy and added last. Add any vegetables you want to this soup. I’m adding mushrooms next time. The Laotian sausages are made of ground pork, ginger, garlic, lemon grass , chicken bouillon, red chili, cilantro, green onions, and onions. Didn’t add kiefar lime leaves because I didn’t pick any. Still very flavorful! You can make this soup with Italian sausages or any type of sausages. Just try! Enjoy this soup! Boil water Add sausages Add bitter melons Add carrots Cook for 15-20 min boiling Add glass noodles for 1 min Turn off stove Noodles will continue to cook in boiling hot water
