St George Pear Brandy Ardbeg 10yr Hennessy black Chareau Lime Cashew Ginger Sparkling water A distant cousin of the suffering bastard created by legendary globetrotting bartender, Joe Scialom, this cocktail fortified the Montgomery boys as they pushed back against General Rommel. We wanted to send off 2019 the proper way.

We have another funky one for ya . . Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean ... is made using sugar cane grown in the south of Martinique next to the Atlantic Ocean. The result is a maritime rum, with hints of sea spray added to the classic agricole notes of grass and sweet fruit. With over 350 years of history, Trois Rivières distillery is specialised in traditional agricultural rum production. This expression not only is delightful on its own but stands up in cocktails providing a depth of flavor that is highly unique.
