Black lives matter. yes we matter!!!! I have wanted to talk about this all week. But I wasn't sure what to say to you all. This is a very sensitive place for me. As a Black woman and this small business owner I want to share with you all my experience with racism, how I discovered my blackness and its beauty. I love being a person of color. What I don't love is how we are being killed like sport for cops. I can't even begin to express the feeling I get when I see one of us p...ulled over or in the presence of a cop. I don't have children yet, but I constantly wonder will there be change before they arrive. We all have a place in this world, why is it so hard for some to share it? I grew up on the island of Oahu, and yes racist exist there too. And they are not white. And most not even cops. I want us to heal from these countless acts of hate. I want to see change and experience our true freedom in this land we call free. And we cannot see change without all of you. For those of you who have marched with us, prayed for us, shared information about how to make a difference, donated to our cause, THANK YOU FOR BEING A HUMAN WITH LOVE IN YOUR HEART FOR ANOTHER HUMAN!
