Just a friendly reminder Lassen Rural Bus will be closed December 24th and 25th. We will resume regular business hours on Saturday.

Lassen Rural Bus will have a route deviation for West County Services to provide more reliable services during construction. LRB will be using A-21/Mooney Rd and will not be servicing Devils Corral, Frednoia Summit, or Coppervale unitl road construction on the summit is complete or at the very least a more consistant wait time. Thank you for understanding.

We are excited to announce that we will start two new services for you starting on Monday October 5th 2020: 1. Our new Susanville City "Express" Route 2. Our new West County Extension Route... The new Susanville City "Express" Route will be Monday through Friday from 10:37am till 4pm. It goes straight from the college through Eskaton and then to Safeway and Wal-Mart. Then to the lower Rancheria and back up to the Casino. We will be offering transfer tickets to allow transfer between the old and new route within Susanville. The new West Count Extension Route will be twice a day Monday through Friday. The route is offering services all along Richmond Rd, including Diane Dr, the Susanville Airport and even Bangham Lane. The first run starts at 7:50am at Riverside Drive and the second at 2:50pm. New Rider's Guides will be available on the buses as well and of course on www.lassentransportation.com. So get on the bus and enjoy our beautiful county!

Please expect 45 minute delays today October 1, 2020 and tomorrow October 2, 2020 on our West County Route due to road construction and blasting of the mountain.

Eagle Lake update! We will be going to Eagle Lake on Saturday September 19 and we have added another run on Saturday October 17. Come join us on a beautiful run and have a fun day seeing all around one of the prettiest areas we’ve ever seen

Bizz Johnson Trail and the South Side Trail are open again from Devil's Corral Trailhead to Susanville! So get on the bus and cruise or hike downhill from Devil's Corral to town. Maybe refresh in the Susan River along the way on the hot weekend. You can catch the bus from Susanville Monday through Friday in different locations between 12:10pm and 12:27pm or between 5:15pm and 5:32pm (5:21am or 5:27am for the early birds) and Saturdays between 8:20am and 8:35am or betw...een 4pm and 4:13pm. Of course you can go uphill as well and catch the bus back to down or come from Westwood or Chester to the trail.ail. Feel free to message or call us (530-252-7433) if you have any questions. Please note that parts of Bizz Johnson are still closed between Mason Station and Devil's Corral because of damage from the Hog fire and that we are closed on Labor day.
