Last Remaining Seats is the Best book ever published about the Los Angeles movie palaces. Hollywood Costumes has long been a crown jewel on that subject & friend and colleague Ron Borst is responsible for the finest poster art from the world of horror. (It’s signed too!) Milton’s Marilyn is just stunning. Many of my favorite photos of her were taken by him & from this period. Scorsese book is top notch & already sought after & this is a damn near perfect copy of Boetticher’s, When In Disgrace (a book I used to buy by the case that is almost impossible to get now).
