Larimar's Occupied Staging Services are perfect for home sellers who will remain living in the house while it's on the market. We start with a pre-listing consultation to assess what the home needs before it goes on the market (painting? new light fixtures?....), and we identify what items should be prepacked to neutralize and open up the space. Then we come back to prep the home for it's marketing photo shoot. Our photo prep staging can often be done using just what the homeowner already owns, or we may offer to rent or sell some additional items to enhance the marketing presentation.
